Project Coordinator

We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects by coordinating with various teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate project requirements and updates to all team members
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for project materials and services
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing contracts and agreements with clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
- Prior experience as a project coordinator or similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they arise
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
