Data Mining Analyst



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Alta, Norway. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct data mining and analysis using various tools and techniques
- Identify relevant data sources and gather information from multiple databases
- Clean, organize, and manipulate large datasets for analysis
- Develop algorithms and models to extract insights from data
- Interpret data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data mining or analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems using quantitative methods
- Knowledge of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, clustering, and predictive modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights
