Job Title: Web Designer

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in web design and a strong understanding of current design trends and techniques. You must also have a biometric passport, as international travel may be required for client meetings and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing websites that meet client specifications
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes of website designs
- Implementing responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimized for all devices
- Conducting quality assurance testing to identify and fix any bugs or issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Biometric passport for international travel
