Entry-Level Typesetter


We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Typesetter to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a typesetter, you will be responsible for creating and formatting text and images for various print and digital media. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for design and a keen interest in typography.

Responsibilities:
- Format text and images according to project specifications
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and editors to ensure accurate representation of content
- Proofread final layouts for errors and make necessary corrections
- Maintain an organized filing system for all project files
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of typography principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary:
Starting salary of $1300 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in the beautiful city of Alta, known for its stunning natural landscapes and vibrant culture. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation.

Visa & Ticket:
We welcome candidates from all nationalities but prefer those who already have the right to work in Norway. We also offer assistance with obtaining a work visa if needed. For successful candidates outside of Norway, we provide a one-time ticket reimbursement upon completion of 6 months of employment.
