Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and technical assistance to clients through various online channels. You will use your excellent communication skills and product knowledge to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. This position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely manner
- Provide technical support for products and services
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms
- Knowledgeable about online products/services is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including weekends if required
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Alta, Norway (candidates must have the right to work in the country)
Employment Type: Full-time, without accommodation provided.
