Facade Technician
Location: Alta, Norway



We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facade Technician to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various building facades to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades and identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs
- Perform repairs on damaged or deteriorating facades using appropriate tools and techniques
- Install new facade materials as needed, such as windows, cladding, or panels
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement facade maintenance plans
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on building facades
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and industry standards
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on progress of facade repairs or installations
- Stay up-to-date on new materials, techniques, and equipment related to facade maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in facade maintenance is preferred
- Proven experience in facade maintenance or construction work
- Knowledge of different types of building facades and their unique maintenance needs
- Ability to operate various tools and equipment used in facade repair and installation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), with the possibility for full-time hours during busy periods. The salary for this position is 1600$ per month. The employee must have their own visa to work in Norway. Accommodation is not provided.
