Entry-Level Formworker in Alta, Norway



A construction company in Alta, Norway is seeking an entry-level Formworker to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience in formwork to gain valuable skills and start a career in the construction industry.

As a Formworker, you will be responsible for setting up and installing temporary structures used to support concrete during construction. This involves reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling formwork according to specifications. You will also be required to pour and finish concrete as needed.

We are looking for candidates who are physically fit and able to work at heights. Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for this role. While previous experience in formwork is not required, experience in other construction-related roles would be beneficial.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. As this is an urgent job opening, candidates with a biometric passport will be given preference.
