Formworker vacancy in Alta Norway

Formwork Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Formwork Carpenter to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing concrete structures using formwork systems and hand tools. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per week.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Formworker or Carpenter
- Proficient in using formwork systems and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Construct formwork for concrete structures using hand tools and formwork systems
- Install reinforcing bars and wire mesh as required
- Pour, level, and finish concrete to desired specifications
- Remove formwork after concrete has set
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work area
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
