We are searching for an entry-level Turner to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and tools to shape metal parts according to specifications. Responsibilities:
- Operate turning machines and tools such as lathes, grinders, and drills
- Read technical drawings and specifications to understand the required shape and dimensions of metal parts
- Use measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy of finished parts
- Inspect finished parts for quality control purposes
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or tools as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in turning preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month. Additionally, suitable accommodation will be provided for the employee.
