Industrial Alpinist

As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing specialized tasks in high altitude and difficult-to-access areas. Your main duties will include rope access work, rigging, and using specialized equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently. You will need to have previous experience in industrial alpinism and be comfortable working at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct rope access work to reach and complete tasks in difficult-to-access areas
- Rigging equipment and setting up work sites
- Use specialized equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure safe and effective completion of tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism
- Comfortable working at heights and in challenging outdoor environments
- Experience with rigging equipment and using specialized tools
- Ability to follow safety protocols at all times
- Physically fit and able to carry heavy equipment while working in high altitude areas

Compensation:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will be provided, along with a free visa and ticket.

Location:
This position is located in Alta, Norway. Norwegian citizenship or permanent residence is preferred but not required.
