We are a leading metal fabrication company in Alta, Norway seeking an experienced Metal Worker to join our team. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal products using various tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in metal fabrication and a strong understanding of welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate metal products according to specifications
- Assemble and fit parts to form complete units or subunits
- Repair damaged metal products using appropriate tools and techniques
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Operate machinery such as grinders, saws, drills, and presses
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in metal fabrication
- Strong understanding of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various hand tools such as grinders, saws, drills, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
- Team player with good communication skills
