Job Title: Glazier Technician


We are currently hiring a skilled Glazier Technician to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Glazier Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass in various structures, including buildings, homes, and vehicles. You must be proficient in using specialized tools and equipment to cut, shape, and install glass according to precise measurements.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to fit specific dimensions for installation or repair
- Install glass panes in windows, doors, skylights, and other structures
- Secure glass using putty, caulking or rubber gaskets
- Replace broken or cracked glass panes in buildings or vehicles
- Fabricate and install custom-made glass products such as mirrors or shower doors
- Use scaffolding or ladders to reach high areas for installation or repair work
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while working with glass
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for the best glass solutions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Glazier or similar role
- Proficient in using specialized tools such as cutters, drills, grinders and saws
- In-depth knowledge of different types of glass and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow precise measurements
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Biometric passport is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month depending on experience.
