Architectural Technologist - Alta, Canada



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Alta, Canada. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the design and construction of buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop and produce architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of building designs
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction conforms to design specifications
- Research materials and building techniques to ensure compliance with building codes and standards
- Provide technical support during the construction phase of projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software and other relevant computer programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Alta, Canada
