Job Title: Architectural Technologist



We are in search of an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Alta, a beautiful city known for its natural beauty and growing economy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and possess strong technical skills in the field of architecture.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects in the design and development of building projects. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings, preparing specifications, conducting site visits, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist and possess a degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field. Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials is essential. Experience with BIM software and a biometric passport are considered advantages.

In this role, attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for checking plans for accuracy and identifying any potential issues before construction begins. Strong communication skills are also required as you will be working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to bring projects to fruition.
