The role of Architectural Technologist is a vital one for our architectural firm in Alta, Norway. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who can bring their technical expertise to the table and contribute to the success of our projects.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting our architects in the design, planning, and construction of various building projects. You will use your knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques to develop detailed drawings and specifications that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of architectural principles and be proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software. You should also have experience with project management and be able to work collaboratively with a team.

Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits to gather information for designs, preparing detailed drawings and plans using CAD software, reviewing project specifications and cost estimates, coordinating with contractors and other professionals involved in the project, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and maintaining accurate records throughout the project.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist. A degree or diploma in architectural technology or a related field is also required. Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We offer competitive compensation starting at 1600$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the company. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
