Architectural Designer


We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Alta, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and plans for various projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create architectural designs and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Research building codes, regulations, and requirements for each project
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet technical specifications
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and materials used in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and requirements
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Norwegian language
