Industrial Architect

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, structures, and facilities. Your duties will include conducting site visits, creating design proposals, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in industrial construction projects. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Create design proposals based on client requirements, budget constraints, and building codes
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month for this contract position. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Norway.
