Part-Time Commercial Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position is based in the bustling city of Alta and offers flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for various commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD or other software programs
- Conduct site visits to gather information, take measurements, and oversee construction progress
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project completion within budget and timeline constraints
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and zoning laws

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
