As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in the city of Alta, Norway. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$, and the company will provide free visa and ticket for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
- Develop project plans and schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for projects to ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Norway is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit or AutoCAD is a plus.
