Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules based on client requirements
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve design documents, including blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with other departments such as construction, interior design, and landscape architecture to integrate all elements of a project
- Conduct site visits to evaluate progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with relevant software programs such as AutoCAD
- Valid work permit for Norway preferred

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
Contract job with possibility for extension
