Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Alta. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire architecture process from design to construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Review and approve designs, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide updates and address any concerns
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Biometric passport for international travel
