Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Architecture Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of each project. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for this position. This is a part-time position with no accommodation provided and we welcome applications from women.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects and ensure they are completed within budget and on time
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create customized designs
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals
- Lead project meetings and provide guidance to team members
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to obtain materials and supplies
- Prepare reports on project status for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- In-depth understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This is a part-time position paying 1100$ per month.
