Senior Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of various projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process for various projects
- Develop architectural plans and specifications
- Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project budget and timeline
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
