Job Title: Senior Architect - Alta, Norway


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on time. This role is open to all nationalities, and we provide accommodation and assist with obtaining a work visa.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and monitor project budgets
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Review contractor bids and select suppliers for materials
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
