Excavator Operator



As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials. You will work on construction sites, roadwork projects, and other large-scale projects. This position is based in Alta, Norway and is suitable for men with a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other structures
- Use attachments such as buckets and hydraulic hammers to perform specific tasks
- Ensure safe operation of the equipment at all times
- Conduct pre-operation checks and regular maintenance on the machinery
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment (preferably for excavators)
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions
- Physical strength and stamina to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations related to operating heavy machinery
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Salary:
