Elementary School Teacher - Alta, Norway


We are in need of an experienced and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students aged 6-12 years old. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare lessons that align with the curriculum and cater to the needs and abilities of students
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students can learn and thrive
- Utilize various teaching methods to ensure student understanding, including hands-on activities, group work, and individualized instruction
- Assess student progress through various methods such as tests, projects, and observations
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a well-rounded educational experience for students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the elementary level
- Knowledge of Norwegian education system and curriculum is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language proficiency is a plus)
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
