We are in need of an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Health Care team in Alta, Canada. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans and ensure their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and document any changes or concerns
- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Canada
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home health care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
