Registered Nurse - Residential Care (Alta, Canada)



We are a leading healthcare provider seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Alta, Canada. As a Registered Nurse in our residential care facility, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document resident's health status and report any changes to the appropriate parties
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families

Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Canada or eligible for registration in Alberta
- Prior experience working with elderly populations is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per week.
