We are in need of a skilled and dynamic Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Education:
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this temporary position.

Location:
This position is based in Alta, Norway. Free visa and ticket will be provided for non-local candidates.
