Job Title: Dietitian

Our healthcare facility in Alta is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for creating personalized nutrition plans for patients based on their individual needs and medical conditions. You will also provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dietitian
- Registered with the relevant professional board
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and ability to apply them in practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutritional assessments and create individualized meal plans for patients
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to their diet plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits, including portion control, food groups, etc.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Stay updated on latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
