Dietitian Assistant

We are hiring a Dietitian Assistant to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Dietitian Assistant, you will work alongside registered dietitians to provide nutrition support and education to patients. You will assist with meal planning, food preparation, and monitoring patients' progress. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the field of nutrition and looking to gain experience in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be detail-oriented with good communication skills. No prior experience is required, but a background in nutrition or healthcare is preferred. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist registered dietitians with providing nutrition support and education to patients
- Help plan meals and prepare healthy food options for patients
- Monitor patients' progress and document any changes or concerns
- Educate patients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized nutrition plans for patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in nutrition or related field preferred
- Passion for helping others improve their health through proper nutrition
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
