A busy coffee shop in Alta, Norway is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our patrons. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, and we offer free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Must have relevant education or training in the field of hospitality or food service

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and accurately handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop at all times, including equipment, counters, tables, and seating areas
- Restock supplies as needed and keep track of inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
