Job Title: Experienced Barista at a Cozy Cafe in Alta, Norway



We are searching for an experienced barista to join our team at a cozy cafe in the charming city of Alta, Norway. As a barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and previous experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to customer preferences and cafe standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and work area
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders, handle cash transactions, and accurately process payments
- Suggest menu items and upsell additional products to increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Follow food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as per the cafe's operational hours
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one before starting work
