Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative in our company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. You will use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and achieve sales targets. Your main goal is to contribute to the growth of our company by increasing sales revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive strategies
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Achieve sales targets and meet monthly quotas
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and achieve common goals
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Prepare reports on sales activities, including potential deals and progress towards targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (preferably in the same industry)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory if needed
