Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and contribute to the overall growth of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and actively reach out to them through various sales techniques
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to interested individuals or businesses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Keep track of market trends, competition, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our brand

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Norway
