We are searching for a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Alta, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of instruments and control systems used in industrial processes. Your expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with instrumentation will be vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair various instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and control valves
- Perform preventative maintenance on all instruments and control systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues with instrumentation and develop effective solutions
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to identify potential issues or improvements with existing equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed on instruments and control systems
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of electrical theory, pneumatic systems, PLCs, and process control systems
- Familiarity with technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for instrumentation equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical/electronic circuits using a variety of testing equipment
- Understanding of safety protocols related to working with electricity in an industrial setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed for emergency repairs or maintenance tasks

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per week for this position. We also provide accommodation for our employees.
