A skilled and experienced Crane Operator is needed in Alta, Norway to join our team and operate our heavy-duty cranes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our cranes to lift and move materials on construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy-duty cranes according to job specifications
- Inspect and maintain equipment regularly
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with other team members via radio or hand signals
- Rig loads properly and ensure safe positioning before moving them
- Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to crane operation
- Keep detailed records of daily activities and equipment usage
- Collaborate with site supervisors to plan crane usage for upcoming projects
- Report any malfunctions or damages immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator license/certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of crane maintenance and repair
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
