Merchandising Coordinator
Location: Alta, Norway (open to candidates of any nationality)
Salary: $1700/month


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Alta. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked in an appealing and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be collaborating with various teams to plan and execute merchandising strategies. You must also have a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior to ensure the success of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products in-store
- Ensure that all products are accurately priced and stocked on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Analyze sales data and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Participate in meetings with management to discuss merchandising plans and implement new ideas

Requirements:
- Prior experience in merchandising or a related field is required
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and retail industry standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided
