Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and achieving business targets. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify new opportunities for growth and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to ensure success
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales goals
- Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our company's products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Norwegian language is preferred but not required
