We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Alta, Norway. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals. You will also lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Build strong relationships with clients and potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process
- Train new employees on company products, services, and sales techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or relevant field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (Norwegian language skills preferred)

Salary: 1100$ per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, we do offer a free visa sponsorship and ticket for international candidates who require it.
