Waiter/Waitress at Fine Dining Restaurant in Alta, Norway

We are a high-end fine dining restaurant located in Alta, Norway and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers with attention to detail and presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
- Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and restrooms
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in fine dining or upscale restaurants
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
