Part-time Land Surveyor

We are in search of a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping the Earth's surface to determine boundaries, property lines, and other features. Your primary duties will include conducting surveys, creating maps and reports, and providing recommendations based on your findings.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as a Land Surveyor and possess strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Analyze data from surveys to determine property boundaries and other features
- Prepare detailed maps, reports, and legal descriptions based on survey data
- Provide recommendations for land use based on survey findings
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects on projects
- Ensure accuracy of all survey data collected

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Proficient in using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work part-time hours
