Part-Time Carpenter
Location: Alta, Norway



As a part-time carpenter, you will be responsible for completing various carpentry tasks on a part-time basis in Alta, Norway. This includes constructing and repairing structures such as walls, roofs, and floors using materials like wood, drywall, and other building materials. You will also be responsible for reading blueprints and following building codes to ensure the safety and stability of structures.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building codes
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in Norwegian or English (both preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood or other materials according to specifications
- Install structures such as windows, doors, floors, and cabinets
- Build concrete forms for foundations or other construction projects
- Follow safety procedures when handling tools and equipment
- Collaborate with other contractors or tradespeople on construction projects
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within given time frames

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 900$ per month.
