Barber at Alta's Premier Barbershop

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team at Alta's premier barbershop. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our clients, including haircuts, beard trims, and hot towel shaves.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them to determine their desired haircut
- Provide haircuts and styling services according to clients' preferences
- Trim and shape beards and mustaches
- Perform hot towel shaves with precision and attention to detail
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting techniques and beard maintenance
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all services provided
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification from barbering school is a plus
