Baker - Contract Position in Alta, Canada


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Alta, Canada on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious pastries, breads, and other baked goods. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Baker and possess excellent baking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough for various baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes
- Bake all products in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods according to customer requests
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Baker in a professional setting
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other team members
