Entry-Level Baker

We are searching for a passionate and hardworking Entry-Level Baker to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an Entry-Level Baker, you will assist in the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in mixing and preparing dough according to recipes
- Operating and maintaining baking equipment
- Baking and decorating various breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Monitoring oven temperatures and adjusting as needed
- Cleaning and maintaining work area
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring all products meet quality standards

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a passion for baking is necessary
- Must be able to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Openness to learning new techniques and recipes
- Must be willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
