Live-in Caregiver for Elderly in Alta, Norway

As a Live-in Caregiver for elderly individuals in Alta, Norway, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional care to our clients. This is a full-time position that requires experience working with elderly individuals and the ability to live on-site without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medication as directed by a healthcare professional
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior
- Provide companionship and emotional support to the client
- Accompany client to appointments or outings as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the client
- Communicate effectively with family members or other caregivers to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a caregiver for elderly individuals
- Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills preferred)
- Valid work visa/permit for Norway (if not a Norwegian citizen)
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from healthcare professionals
- Physical ability to assist with tasks such as lifting or transferring clients if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month. This includes room and board expenses as you will be living on-site with the client.
