Handyman - General Maintenance and Repair Technician


As a Handyman - General Maintenance and Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of various properties in the city of Alta. You will use your skills and knowledge in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other handyman duties to maintain the safety and comfort of our clients' homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance and repairs on various properties including homes, offices, and commercial buildings
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, toilets, sinks, etc.
- Perform electrical work such as installing light fixtures, outlets, switches, etc.
- Repair or replace damaged or worn-out parts such as doors, windows, locks, etc.
- Conduct carpentry work including building shelves/cabinets, repairing furniture/fixtures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work equipment and materials
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry techniques
- Ability to use hand/power tools effectively
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Valid driver's license
