Job Title: Office Administrator - Alta, Norway
We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with payroll processing and ensuring timely payments
- Create and update various documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail is a must
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of Norwegian labor laws
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles
Salary: $1700 per month (with accommodation)
