Part-Time Office Administrator
We are a busy office in Alta looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our team. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an ideal position for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents
- Process invoices and expenses
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours. You will be required to work 20 hours per week.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Alta, but we are open to candidates of any nationality who have their own visa.
